Sermon for April 30, 2023

This is a little late getting posted as there were some technical difficulties yesterday. However, we’re back and coming to your computer now! I hope you all had a great weekend even though we had quite a bit of rain. We did need the rain, so we just have to do our best when it happens and know that it helps us so much later on. Take care and have a great week! Here is the link to yesterday’s sermon:

Sermon for April 23, 2023

Good afternoon! And what a beautiful afternoon it is! Please take a moment to refresh your mind and body while enjoying the beautiful day. Remember Sunday is the day of rest! When we enjoy time off from the hassles of everyday life to relax and enjoy the time with our family and friends or even some time alone, it enables us to face the rest of the week with a renewed spirit. Sermon for April 16, 2023

Good afternoon, everyone! I hope you are enjoying the day with family and friends or even just relaxing. Sunday is supposed to be our day of rest, so relaxing is very important rather it’s alone, with your family, or with your friends! Our bodies need to rest and rewind to be able to make it through the week ahead. Even the Lord rested on the seventh day! Have a wonderful and blessed day! Here is the link to this week’s sermon:

Sermon for April 2, 2023 – Palm Sunday

I hope you have had a wonderful Palm Sunday! Even though the day was a little cool with the wind here in Passapatanzy, the day was a beautiful day! And we should be glad the Lord woke us up to see it. Even if we have aches and pains, at least we are here to enjoy the day and our families and friends. Please remember those in your prayers who have lost loved ones and/or who are dealing with sickness or other troubles today. Here is the link to today’s sermon to start your week out right:

Sermon for March 26, 2023

Good evening! I hope you all were able to get out and enjoy this wonderful day the Lord blessed us with today! Never take a moment for granted! Enjoy your life, your friends and show your love in everything you do! We are not given a timetable on how long we will be here so always let your family and friends know how much you love them. And we can show love and mercy to those we meet every day, even strangers. Lend a helping hand wherever you can. God is always showing us how much he loves us by giving us the example to live by, so as Christians, we should show love as well. Have a blessed week! Sermon for March 19, 2023

It’s almost here! As we start Spring tomorrow, and the days start to get a little warmer with new life all around, enjoy the beauty around us and the renewal of the season! God has blessed us with a new day and, even if it is a little cold today, we need to be thankful we are here to enjoy it and for all of the blessings he has bestowed on us. This week will see both cool days and warm days – it’s Spring you know, but start the day being thankful and you will find your day will go better. Have a great week!
