Funeral arrangements for Keri Marston, daughter of Pastors Barry and Gerry Burkholder:

Keri Marston, Barry’s and Gerry’s daughter, passed from the church militant to the church triumphant on Friday, April 22. There will be a visitation at Bennett funeral home in Mechanicsville from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 27 and the funeral service will be at Shady Grove United Methodist Church in Mechanicsville at 10:30 Thursday morning with a reception following. Memorial donations may be made to METAvivor.org for metastatic cancer research.

Sorry for this late posting but there were some problems with last week’s sermon uploads (some technical and some human). Therefore, we are now able to post the Easter Sunrise service, but we are unable to post the Easter Sunday regular service. I hope that everyone had a wonderful Easter and a wonderful Easter week.

Good afternoon! I hope you all have had a wonderful Palm Sunday! It’s a beautiful day, so let’s make it a day in which we rejoice in the Lord and all of the blessings he has given us! Once again, please remember to include in your prayers all who are sick, injured or those who may need blessings in their lives.
