Hello everyone! So sorry I’m so late posting this but it’s been a busy week. We were unable to post the sermon from last Sunday due to vacations involving our technical staff. However, it is my understanding that we will be posting both the sermon from last week and this week on this weekend. I appreciate you bearing with us.

Sermon for July 25, 2021!

Hello everyone! I hope you have had a really wonderful day! The sermon today is titled: “It’s Not About What You Don’t Have”. That is really a true statement. I say that because with all we have been blessed with we still sometimes forget to thank the Lord for all of our blessings! Even when you are sick or you’re having a really bad day – there are still things you can be thankful for and if you remember that, you just may turn your day around! Don’t forget to pray for those who are sick or have lost loved ones! Now for the sermon:

Sermon for July 18, 2021!

Good afternoon! I hope you are all doing well and enjoying this beautiful day the Lord has bestowed on us! For those celebrating anniversaries or birthdays – Congratulations! For those who have lost loved ones recently – our prayers, thoughts and love go out for you! The Lord is always looking out for us but sometimes we are so busy in today’s hectic schedules that we don’t notice what the Lord has placed before us. Slow down, look around and soak up the wonders of this world and all of it’s blessings! Thank you Lord for all of the beauty and mystique of this world! Also, thank you Lord for being with us through all of the rough times as well as the good times! Everyone have a blessed week and enjoy the sermon!

Sermon for July 4, 2021!

Happy 4th of July! I hope you have all had a wonderful and safe day with your family and friends! Enjoy the fireworks tonight! We couldn’t have asked for a better day to celebrate! Have a great week and here is the sermon from this morning to start your week with:

We are back! Church reopening for Sunday School starting July 4th!

Good morning! I come as the bearer of Good News! We will be starting Sunday School again beginning on July 4th (currently 2 adult classes)! Worship Service will be at 9:00am and Sunday School will start at 10:00am. Masks will be optional for vaccinated persons and will be available at the entrance for those who need them. Other points of interest: 1) Both the Canned Goods for the King George Social Services Food Bank and the Loose Change Collection for the Heifer Fund will continue to be collected on the 2nd Sunday of each month. 2) The 2 minute service telephone calls will continue to go out as they have been during the COVID pandemic (Sunday 9am, Tuesday & Thursday 7pm). If you do not currently get these calls but would like to start, please let Pastor Barry know and he will get your name added. 3) The live service recording will continue to be posted on the website and Facebook. Welcome back!

Welcome to a brand new week! Please be careful as it is supposed to be a very hot week! Remember to stay inside where there is air condition available as much as possible. And please drink plenty of water especially when outside – we don’t want to lose anyone to heat exhaustion or stoke! Please look out for your neighbors as well.
